 PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,     nothing is going to get better. It's not.
                                                                   –Dr. Seuss

This quote will resonate throughout our club
this year. Not only does this quote come from
the profound book The Lorax; in which an
individual stands up for what he believes in- the     environment, but on a broader scope, it relates
to all of us. It tells us that if we want to make a     difference in our world, we can! We just need to
speak up and take action to help make that
    change.

And even though our club might be small,
we make an impact on every project we do.
Whether it is donating a few supplies to a
women‘s shelter to having a wine tasting to
raise money for cancer research, the point is,
we work together to make our community and
our world a better place And through working     with this club and seeing what we have done
over the years, I know the ladies in this club do     care an awful lot. It is the time and energy they     put into every cause we participate in. It is that     selflessness that makes our community a happier     and healthier place not only for us now but for
the future. And I want to thank each and every     member for their continued commitment.

As we move into this next year, I know that we     will continue to strive to make an impact in our     area.

    With junior love,

    Sara
